Hello, everyone! Today is Tuesday which means the Planetary Energy we will be working with is Mars, our fiery red neighbor! I never thought of Tuesday’s as particularly spicy, but the Energy of Mars is anything but boring.
Mars’ Energy is perfect for putting into action the dreams and goals we started thinking about or manifesting on Monday. Mars is very assertive, so it’s a great day to start forming a plan, making headway on a creative project, and/or initiating a change.
Today’s energy may also be combative. You may feel compelled to assert a boundary or to bring up a tough conversation. If you are yourself a Fire sign, Aries, Leo, or Sagittarius, you could be sensing this heightened sense of antagonism. Though you might accomplish something, charging into conflicts may blow up in your face! Take your time and write down what you want to say before you say it. Contemplate if it needs to even be said aloud before making your move.
Today’s also a great day for hardcore physical activity, such as weight lifting or hiking. Getting our bodies moving can help us get our minds and creativity flowing. Inspiration always strikes when I’m out walking or lifting. Afterwards, I have renewed energy to start on my tasks. Even a ten minute walk to break up your day can do wonders for your mental health!
Since Mars is so fiery and passionate, wearing bright reds, oranges, and yellows can help us channel this assertive energy. In the same vein, Garnet, Jasper, Amber, and Iron are excellent for connecting your passion to your deeds. Hold them while you meditate on the steps you must take to reach your dream and ask the Universe, “What can I do today to bring my vision into reality?”
